Do I need a developer to set these up?
No. Most connectors use managed OAuth — you approve a standard permission screen and the connection is live. A handful ask for an API key you paste in.
What can an AI employee actually do with a connector?
Read and act in that tool on your behalf — pull a record, send a message, update a row, file a document. You choose which connectors each employee can reach.
Are integrations included in my plan?
Yes. Integrations, API access and MCP are included on every plan, including the free tier. Usage is metered in credits like the rest of the platform.
Can I connect more than one account of the same app?
Yes. You can connect several mailboxes or several workspaces of the same tool and point different employees at different accounts.
Can I connect an internal tool that is not listed?
Yes — connect any MCP server and your own tools appear alongside the catalog. There is also a full REST API and a Zapier connection for anything else.
How do I disconnect one?
Remove it from the Integrations screen in your workspace. Access is revoked immediately and employees lose that tool on their next run.
